Please join us in our quest to eradicate child abuse and neglect in the Lowcountry
This year, Windwood Family Services will again benefit as a recipient of funds from the 2014 Isle of Palms Connector Run and Walk for the Child. For the 22nd year in a row this non-profit race will bring racers from the Lowcountry and from around the nation together to foster competitive spirit, healthy lifestyle and raise money for the prevention of child abuse.
As you know, we at Windwood Family Services recognize that child abuse and neglect are grown-up problems and are working toward helping every day. Once again, we are delighted for the opportunity to participate in this annual event as a means of helping those who need us most.
As a loyal supporter of ours, you may want to help the Isle of Palms Connector Run raise more money for donations to organizations like ours by registering for a 5K Walk or 5K/10K Run at www.ioprun.com or by sharing and by promoting the event with your Facebook Friends at www.facebook.com/iopconnectorrun, or even by volunteering at the day of the race http://ioprun.com/volunteer/.
